34 years diversified professional experience in the electric industry, with a technical background focusing on safety, live line and bare hand training (up to 745 kV).  Experienced as A.B. Chance live line tool expert and trainer, Randy has trained thousands of line workers in specialized live line techniques throughout North America, as well as numerous countries in Africa, Asia, South America, Europe and Australia.
